PearPC is an emulator, it makes it possible to run software on your computer which wasn't neccessarily written for your computer. However PearPC has nothing to do with the other software mentioned on this website unless expressed explicitly. (Just like your CPU has nothing to do with the operating system you run. They must be compatible, though)
